Partner Agreement & SLA Gap fix applied
Read and accept the following before going live. These protect your territory rights and define your SLA obligations.
1. Territory Agreement
You are granted exclusive rights to list and sell products in the Cut Veg & Fruits category within a 1km radius of Pattom Junction. Onionz guarantees no other partner in this category will be activated within this boundary during your active subscription. Territory rights expire upon subscription lapse exceeding 7 days. Reinstatement is not guaranteed if the territory is claimed by another partner during the lapse.2. Pricing Policy
Partners must price all products at or below MRP as defined in the Onionz Master Catalog. Partners must price at or above the platform floor price (set at 80% of MRP). Prices above MRP result in automatic listing suspension without notice. Onionz reserves the right to flag abnormal pricing patterns and request partner review.3. SLA Commitments
Partners must maintain: (a) Order acceptance rate ≥ 85% (b) On-time delivery rate ≥ 80% (c) Product availability rate ≥ 70% (d) Customer rating ≥ 3.8/5.0. Failure to maintain SLA for 2 consecutive months will result in Star Partner downgrade. Failure for 3 consecutive months may result in territory suspension pending review.4. Product & Quality Standards
All fresh produce must be prepared on the day of listing. Listings must be updated daily. Partners must not list out-of-stock items as available. Products must comply with FSSAI standards. Onionz reserves the right to suspend listings upon customer complaint investigation.5. Platform Rules
Partners may not list products outside their registered category without a separate territory subscription. Partners may not solicit customers off-platform for orders placed via Onionz discovery. Commission-free model is maintained — Onionz earns only from subscription fees and does not take revenue from orders.6. Trial & Subscription Terms
Trial period (if applicable) is 90 days from account activation date. Subscription auto-activates on Day 91 unless cancelled by Day 85. Annual subscribers receive a pro-rated refund if platform is discontinued. Monthly subscribers receive 7-day notice before any pricing changes.I accept the Territory Agreement
